Hannah Marie is a Registered Social Worker and Provisional Art Therapist with experience in hospitals and community-based mental health settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Art Therapy and has advanced training in trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation. Hannah is also a menstrual cycle educator and advocate for individuals navigating endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, chronic pain, and medical trauma.

Hannah works with clients across the lifespan and has supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, suicidality, self-harm, personality disorders, sexual assault, substance use, neurodivergence, identity exploration, grief and loss, and homelessness. Her approach is client-centered and integrates somatic therapy, art-based methods, and dialectical behaviour therapy to support regulation, healing, and reconnection with self. Her work is rooted in helping clients rebuild safety in their bodies while creating inclusive, compassionate spaces grounded in dignity, curiosity, and care. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing and spending time in creating art
