Meghan began her helping journey as a teacher, facilitating suicide prevention programs for youth in schools. She volunteered at the Canadian Mental Health Association as a distress line worker before completing her master of counselling from City University in 2021. She uses a strength-based approach and is training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Meghan enjoys working with individuals with a variety of concerns including depression, social skills, eating disorders, self-esteem, family conflict, personality disorders and she is an LGBTQ+ ally. She is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists as a Registered Provisional Psychologist., enjoys animals, and is an artist in her spare time.
