This program offers stabilization and treatment for adults 18 years and older who are experiencing mental health concerns which significantly impair their daily functioning and/or ability to meet workplace demands. Programming incorporates evidence-based practices including Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I); Mindfulness; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

The program is an intensive 4-week outpatient program that includes the following components:
• skill development to enhance individuals’ abilities to manage current and future mental health concerns
• individual therapy
• psycho-educational groups
• nutrition and wellness support
• trauma sensitive yoga
• art therapy
